The customer statement is misleading. We responded within the allowed delivery timeframe stated on GGSEL and were fully prepared to complete the order. However, the customer decided to cancel shortly after placing the order simply because they wanted an immediate activation. The customer did not properly review GGSEL’s refund rules before purchasing. We clearly explained that, since the seller had not violated the order terms and was still within the permitted delivery time, a full refund was not applicable. We therefore offered a partial refund according to the platform’s rules. The customer also contacted GGSEL Support, and the same policy was confirmed to them. Despite this, they chose to leave a negative review because they disagreed with GGSEL’s refund policy, not because we failed to provide the service or violated the order conditions. We always recommend that customers carefully read the product description, delivery time, and GGSEL rules before placing an order.
