Я хотел бы объяснить причину задержки. Она была вызвана разницей во времени между странами, а также совпала с моим днем рождения, из-за чего я ответил немного позже. Что касается возникшей проблемы, клиент приобрел общий аккаунт. Один из предыдущих пользователей ранее привязал к нему свой номер телефона, что и стало причиной возникшей ситуации. Как только клиент связался со мной, я сразу же заменил аккаунт, и проблема была полностью решена. К сожалению, после этого срок заказа уже истек, а клиент больше не отвечает на мои сообщения, несмотря на то, что прочитал их. Поэтому, если клиент увидит этот комментарий, я буду очень признателен, если он удалит или изменит свой отзыв, так как проблема была оперативно и полностью решена.
