The subscription was active for less than 1.5 months instead of 3, and the seller is not responding.

Dump after a month out of three

Order #37756980 from July 7, 10:59Good day!On July 26, 2026, I purchased the Pro version of Perplexity for 12 months on your website from the seller nicentwice. In September, I discovered that I have the standard version.I wrote to the seller about this, the seller does not respond.

Subscription ended, seller is unresponsive.

Extended twice for 1 month, everything was great, as soon as I took it for 3 months, the subscription didn't last even a month

Bought a 3-month perplexity subscription. The seller promised a warranty. In exactly 2 months, the subscription ended.Seller is not responding (apparently selling subscriptions under a new account and abandoned this one)

2 stars because everything worked for a while, but there was no "guarantee for the entire purchased period", despite the seller writing "Do not leave our organization on your own - write to us first".and does not respond did not allow to put 3 stars.

Subscription dropped after 5 days, although it was paid for 3 months. The seller does not answer

Paid for an annual subscription, less than 2 months have passed, the subscription is gone, the seller has not responded for more than 12 hours.

The seller has not responded for over two days, the subscription was paid and should have been renewed, but it was not.Although everything was issued quickly on the first purchase
