Покупатель остался недоволен официальным названием тарифа, нафантазировал себе другой, а в чате так и не смог предоставить ни одного доказательства технической неработоспособности, запутавшись в собственных показаниях. Здравствуйте. Очень жаль, что ваша невнимательность привела к такой ситуации. Доступ к аккаунту был вам успешно предоставлен, вход выполнен корректно. Перед выдачей данных в чате были даны подробные инструкции. В описании товара (в разделе «РЕГЛАМЕНТ И УСЛОВИЯ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ») четко указано: запрещено нажимать Log Out, использовать спец. ПО с частой сменой IP и т.д. Любое подобное действие расценивается платформой как подозрительное и моментально сбрасывает авторизацию (система антифрода). Вы нарушили технический регламент, из-за чего система завершила вашу сессию. С моей стороны заказ выполнен на 100%, товар был полностью рабочим. Вины продавца в том, что вы проигнорировали правила использования, нет.

Потрясающая логика: сломать рабочий товар своими руками, а потом обвинять продавца. Вы получили доступ, авторизовались в нейросети и лично написали мне в чат. Сразу после этого вы проигнорировали огромное предупреждение из инструкции о том, что смена спец. ПО, чистка кэша или выход из профиля моментально и навсегда уничтожают сессию. Вы сами сбросили себе доступ техническим вмешательством, нарушив регламент. Товар выдается 100% рабочим, жаль только, что базовое умение читать инструкцию в комплект не входит.
