A week later, the subscription ended; I bought it for a month!
Покупатель сразу оставил негативный отзыв, не объяснив проблему, не предоставив скриншоты и не ответив на мои вопросы. Несмотря на отсутствие сотрудничества, я всё равно оформил возврат средств в качестве жеста доброй воли. Однако из-за того, что отзыв был оставлен до нормального общения и проверки проблемы, гарантия/поддержка была снята.
