The product card was set up as: "activation to your account" (but in fact – a new account).The seller was rude and kept insisting everything was correct, quietly edited the product listing to avoid a refund (ggsel policies allow this), but in the end the money was returned.
Покупателю вернули средства 2 месяца назад,спустя 2 месяца он решил оставить негативный комменатрий.Иммейте ввиду,что покупатель купил товар в момент,когда подписка закончилась,а не потому что мы не предлагали такой услуги,объявление изначально было в категории аккаунт и называлось "аккаунт',но из-за одной строчки про подписку видимо покупатель подумал,что продается подписка,а не выбор или/или.(В момент покупки подписка была не доступна).Очевидно,что мы изменим объявление,когда подписки закончились,просто на момент покупки мы не успели этого сделать Предложили аккаунт,на что получили негатив.Все средства были возвращены покупателю,конфликта нет.Имейте это ввиду при покупке,ситуация недопонимание с двух сторон.
