Второй заказ на эту же игру, оформленный вами на другой аккаунт, был успешно доставлен, поэтому проблема не была связана с товаром или работой магазина в целом. Возврат был оформлен частичный, с вычетом подтвержденных комиссий/расходов, связанных с обработкой заказа. Также мы предлагали альтернативную отправку другого товара, чтобы вы не теряли комиссию. Все материалы переданы в поддержку площадки, решение принято в рамках правил и условий товара.
