Покупатель намеренно ищет номиналы с ошибкой наценки, оплачивает и закатывает скандал. Хотя имеет возможность уточнить детали того или иного товара перед оплатой в уже существующем чате с нами. Склоняемся к тому что покупатель замешан в снижении рейтинга. Мы по прежнему предлагаем выдать номинал по себестоимости оплаты, но покупатель отказывается, что доказывает то что в услуге он не заинтересован.

Код не выдали по причине ошибочной наценки номинала. Покупатель выбрал самый максимальный номинал в 400 EUR по цене ниже в 4 раза самого оптимистичного курса, после чего удивился почему же ошибка. Мы со своей стороны предложили выдачу номинала ровно по себестоимости оплаты: 100 EUR, что является большой уступкой с нашей стороны- Покупатель не согласился. Ожидание возврата обусловлено технической логикой сайта и движения средств с заказов. Крайним никого никто не делал, мы объяснив ситуацию предложили максимально возможный номинал, который покупатель мог приобрести за сумму оплаты. Так как Покупатель отказался, вынуждены совершить возврат который будет возможен в течении суток
