Купил аккаунт, доступ пропал уже на следующий день (сессия самостоятельно сбросилась). Замена также оказалась нерабочей. Вместо решения проблемы поддержка обвинила мой IP и устройство. Потратил несколько дней на переписку, но стабильного доступа так и не получил. Очень разочарован сервисом.
Пользователю были предоставлены целых две учетные записи, однако обе были заблокированы из-за ненадлежащего поведения пользователя или из-за IP-адреса с плохой репутацией. К сожалению, мы ничем больше не могли помочь.
