Ответили в течении 2 часов, но все работает, с 200$ пришло 191, что в целом по комиссии норм, заранее помните об этом перед покупкой. Спасибо продавцу!

Деньги пришли не на Paypal, а на абсолютно другой сервис где надо еще доплатить чтоб пополнить Paypal.
