Заказал покупку подписки на свой акаунт что продавец сказал, что на личный аккаунт получить подписку не получится. Предложил создать для меня новый аккаунт с подпиской. В итоге услуга ни в каком виде не получена, нет подписки на моем аккаунте или нового аккаунта с подпиской деньги никто мне не венул
Проблема решена.
