The norm

Arrived in Turkey, the internet doesn't work. I read all the instructions and contacted them on the second day. In response, I was blamed for contacting them too late, and instead of solving the problem, they started questioning why I hadn't written to them immediately. Nothing was resolved/Even though 5 more days are paid for.Money down the drain.
