How to receive & activate.
Pay for the order.
Receive the key and short instructions in the order chat (available after payment).
Redeem the code on the Microsoft/Xbox website and download the game.
Refund policy.
— If the issue is our fault (wrong key / wrong item / we cannot fulfill the order) — 0% fee, 100% refund.
— If the issue is buyer’s fault (wrong product/region selected, mistakes during checkout, etc.) — refund may be issued with a 20% fee (platform fees and processing costs).
— Important: once the key has been delivered in the order chat, refunds are not available, even if the key has not been redeemed yet (digital goods are considered delivered).
