When logging into the game for the first time, an EA link is required on any platforms! Accordingly, if you play Apex, you have an EA account. If you forgot it, then use my hint.:
1. Log in to the website https://www.ea.com/ru-ru through the platform you are playing with,
2. You will be asked for an email code and this email is your account login - enter it,
3. If you don't remember the password, reset it via the same email address.,
4. It's done! Access to your EA account has been restored
