Want to pay for a subscription, in-game items, or apps on Google Play, but facing payment restrictions in Russia? The MILKA team can help you top up your balance or process payments. This service works for all Android games, apps, and subscriptions, including Google One. It works on both smartphones and the PC version of Google Play.

Important restrictions:
• The service does not apply to iOS or the App Store.
• We do not process payments for Google Developer accounts.

📝 How it works
We handle the procedure manually. After you place an order, be sure to write to the seller in the chat. We will provide detailed instructions on how to change your account region to the USA and provide card details to process the payment for the required amount. All your apps, history, and game progress will be saved.

💡 Important info
Before we begin, make sure to leave your Google Family Group if you are a member of one. If any standard system errors occur during the process (e.g., OR-HDT or OR-CCREU), we will send you a guide on how to fix them. Resolving such errors may take up to 48 hours.

💰 Denominations and amounts
We work with denominations from 5 to 1000 USD. If you need a card top-up starting from 2 USD, please check with us in the order chat beforehand.

📦 Workflow
The entire process takes place via direct messaging in the order chat. After payment, just send us a message. We process requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Completion usually takes up to 2 hours, but wait times may increase during peak periods.

🕒 Business hours
Weekdays: 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM Moscow time.
Weekends and holidays: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Moscow time.
Orders sent outside of business hours will be processed the following day.

🛡 Warranty
The warranty period is 7 or 30 days (your choice at the time of purchase). After this period, no support is provided.

📜 Refund policy
• If an error is not resolved within 72 hours of your inquiry, a refund is possible with a 22% fee deduction (only within the warranty period).
• If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order before it is completed, a 16% fee is deducted.
• If the card is blocked due to your fault, no refund will be issued.
• Using the card for third-party services or purposes unrelated to Google Play will lead to service termination without the right to a refund.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules. Ignorance of the terms does not exempt you from responsibility and is not a valid reason for a refund.
