Twice in a month and a half, I was logged out of this family profile.The account was first added to another group.After the second time, the seller could not add me to another group and provided me with only 5 months of subscription.I do not recommend purchasing this product.You will have a lot of trouble.

Hello, I would like to clarify what happened with your subscription. The Family plan owner account was removed by Spotify. When Spotify removes the main Family account, all members inside that Family plan are also removed automatically. Despite this, I provided support and added your account to another Family plan. Unfortunately, Spotify removed the second Family plan owner as well, which again caused all members to lose access. After reviewing the total usage time, I found that you had already received approximately 1.5 months of Premium access through the Family plans. To compensate for the remaining period, I purchased a 5-month Individual Premium subscription for your account. Please note that an Individual subscription is significantly more expensive than a Family slot, so the compensation provided was fair based on the remaining value of your original purchase. I did my best to support your account on multiple occasions despite issues caused by Spotify's actions, which were beyond my control. Thank you for your understanding.
