1. You are prohibited from adding an account in "Guest" mode! When you select this mode, the PS4/PS5 system displays a clear warning that the account will be automatically removed from the console after logging out or restarting. If you ignore this warning and add an account as a guest, you will lose access to the game due to your own error.

2. One-time verification code (2FA): We provide the first code free of charge along with your login information. If you lose access due to your own fault (guest mode, reset, etc.) and request a new code, it will be provided for an additional fee (the cost is indicated on the relevant product). We are not responsible for loss of access due to failure to follow the instructions or ignoring Sony system warnings.
