🔎 How do I find my User ID and Server?
1. Open Zenless Zone Zero
2. On the start screen, you'll see your Server under the Play button
3. Next, open your Profile in the upper left corner
4. You'll see your User ID under your avatar.

❗ Support only responds during business hours, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refunds. Refunds are not possible after Rainbow Cards have been sent. If you entered an incorrect User/Zone ID and topped up your balance, a refund is not possible.
If you canceled our service before topping up, a refund will be issued minus the fee.
